Vill-Mount currently has 6 Makino and Sodick mirror EDM imported from Japan, which are mainly used to process inserts and cores of precision plastic molds.

1. The maximum precision can reach 0.005mm, and the maximum surface finish can reach Ra0.

2. The electrodes used in processing are all made by FANUC and Beijing Jingdiao High Speed CNC, with extremely high precision and surface finish, which guarantees the processing of precision plastic mold parts.
