In May 2022, the assembly line of municipal pipeline inspection periscope was officially launched; with the wide application of municipal pipeline inspection equipment and regular regular inspection by municipal water departments, pipeline inspection periscope has become a necessity for municipal water departments.
At the beginning of 2021, our company and a robotics company jointly developed and upgraded the wireless wifi version of the periscope, and after many rounds of various working environment tests and through the explosion-proof certification, since May can enter the production process.
In April 2022, the heads of each department carried out departmental duty planning and duty description writing respectively, and after several circulation simulation tests and expert guidance formed an audit standard in line with internal requirements and ISO. In the procurement process of auxiliary materials and supplier screening by the manager of the procurement department and the manager of the quality department jointly comb and incoming material assessment standards, acceptance standards and other procurement information and quality documents. At the end of April, the production manager and the human resources department jointly focused on personnel pre-service training, professional knowledge training and safety precautions and other educational training.
In the production line, we have adopted a clean workshop management environment, constant temperature and humidity real-time monitoring, and set the necessary storage conditions for circuit boards, chips and electronic components; the fine layout of the anti-static facilities on the production line has played a protective effect on electronic components. In addition to the production of the tools and tools used in the testing equipment are related to testing and form records, for the development of periscope assembly production work are tightly prepared in April.
According to the company’s management, production of pipeline periscopes will begin in May 2022, with 150 units expected to be produced per month, and production of crawling robots is expected to begin by the end of 2022.
